Hi there, I drink green tea and peppermint. I was never a tea drinker until I started LT and love coffee. I found that as my taste buds change I could stomach the green tea with a couple of sweetners. Also green tea is supposed to have excellent health benefits including weigh loss management..but guess you have to guzzle gallons of the stuff...

No fruit or flower tea just leaf! Not that I have had any since starting LT coz I can't stand it black - I stick to coffee.

Thanks all

I am normally a big coffee drinker and starbucks has been my weakness but I can't stand coffee black. I do enjoy tea without milk so at least have more options than plain water

This is the one bug bear of mine about lt - I can take the not eating but I miss the drinks and even a slice if lemon in my water would be nice but that's a big no no!!
