Hope you are all well, I'm back from my holidays.... just weighed myself and am still the same, surely that can't be right, but time will tell.

Hi all, lost 2 pounds this week but am now coming off the plan for a few weeks as I am going away on holiday and have some work commitments that will preclude my going to class. I will rejoin when it's calmed down a bit.

Just thought it would be nice if we had any favourite syn free meal recipes that we could post on here to help others with meal ideas, i think it would spur us on for the challenge. xxx Loobylou
 
I'm like that sometimes, make it up as i go along. Don't know if you like Quorn, but iv'e just had Quorn sweet chilli sausages and they were lovely, really tasty and they are syn-free.
For my tea i'm having Quorn mince with passata, mushrooms, onions and red peppers with a sprinkling of chilli powder. xxx Loobylou
