How's everyone doing? It's not too bad when the weathers nice and the salads comes out, i have Kraft fatfree dressing on mine, what does everyone else like on theirs? xxx Loobylou
 
I use Tesco's Healthy Living Oil Free French Dressing when I can find it as it's syn free!:D I'm adding new potatoes to my lunchtime salad as well in an effort to bulk it out a bit.

Going to venture into unknown territory this weekend. As I'm staying with friends, I've decided to try Original days as they will be easier when someone else is doing the cooking. I'll have to read up about them as I'm not really confident about what I can and can't eat. I'm stuck to Green days up to now as I'm really happy with those.
 
Hi Force Ten, I'm on a green day today, just had Asda Chickpead Dahl and boiled rice. Good luck with Original day, i do 4 original and 3 green seems to work for me. xxx Loobylou

Hi all, another day has dawned and on an original day today.
Going to have i think:
B: 2 weetabix
L: Chicken breast with salad.
D: Quorn mince with passata and loads of veg
S: 4 Ryvitas and laughing cow cheese spread
Snacks: Fruit and yogurts.
Options orange choc drink 2 syns

Thanks Lou, if i can lose 3 pounds this week (WI tomorrow) that will be 2 stones. Feel so much better for it, then i'm aiming for another 2 stones then i will be happy. Might wait and see what i feel like after a stone though might change my target. xxx Loobylou
