Hi Anna - welcome to Team 14 - and good luck with your weigh in on Thursday - hopefully it will be a whopper.
Wannabeslim - wouldn't it be great if you lose it all so quickly - fingers crossed. I think the main thing is to have a plan as, if I don't I never seem to get anywhere and would end up wander about with the remainder of the weight for ever - or worse still, do as I did before and re-gain without getting to the end :tear_drop:!! Not an option this time. I've bought a few books on the GI diet and have been reading up on that as an option for long term maintenance and think it might work for me. I am also planning on finding a yoga class - again for long term.
