I would have loved to have joined you Rach but 1) I am too slow and 2) I only have a few more pounds to lose so I am not going to me much use to anyone!

I thought i would post this for Team 3 members just incase a little motivation is needed.. saw Jess's post on New Years resolutions and thought we should have some mini resolutions too!
heres my ideas:
1. aim to STS or lose each week in January
2. aim to keep active and find an exercise that is comfortable and enjoyable for me
3. keep visiting my friends on minis for support
The time is now people.. dont forget - its never too late to make a difference
