This is a thread to support each other and moan and groan if we need too =]

Could you all please post your starting weights for June :)

Ria - 205lbs = -11lbs
Kamwendo - 230lbs = -3lbs
Kittywhite - 205lbs = -3lbs
nicolaann - 291lbs = -5lbs

Hi Ria, everyone, my start weight is 14st 9, I'll be dancing round my living room shortly, to MTV Dance, just to get my backside moving. :bliss:
 
Just wanted to say good luck team feather, we may be on different teams but i think we're still here for each other in our weight loss journey ♥♥
 
Hi ladies, just so i dont have to keep calling you by your usernames let me know what your names are! lol.

I had my weigh in yesturday and ive lost 2lbs! so we're already off the bench mark! x

My name is Chris, Kamwendo is my surname as my husband is from Malawi. Congratz on the weight loss my weigh-in is tomorrow had a quick look today i've lost 2lbs but will get actual figure tomorrow but looking good unless I go on a chocolate bender hehe which I wont. Can't believe it a whole week without chocolate and I have no cravings for it so so cool.:D

I worked hard at the gym today, i may even go 2moro and sunday! lol x
 
Morning girls, hope your ok!

Its a lovely day today so im considering either going for a walk or bike ride or even back to the gym. shall see how i feel later on i think :)
 
Morning Ria! youre very active....thats my biggest problem..I can watch the food ok but getting my behind moving I find hard...so good for you!
I should go for a walk......ummmmm *thinks*..lol

oh believe me kitty i have to force myself to get up lol. but i know that although i eat healthy too i dont think that will actually lose weight for me, i think the exercise is what does it for me lol x

Weigh in day for me, a bit disappointing, just 1lb but still a loss!!

I plan to exercise a lot more this week, I'm hoping for 2lb losses each week :D
