Team FFF 2011 challenge.

Hi, I seem to have disappeared off the list. I was originally down to lose 4 stone this year. I somehow managed to put on 6.5 pounds over Christmas, but went to WI last night and I have lost 3 pounds of it already so I'm quite pleased!:)

ugh weigh in today i have put on 2lb im so depressed i maybe i should leave this group i dont no what wrong with my body lately i follow this diet exactly, its just not working anymore :(
You are going nowhere Jennifer! We all support each other here and we all go through times that aren't so good (me especially!). Do you have a food diary on here that we could all take a look at to see if there might be a reason it's not going so well at the moment. Please stick with it as you WILL get there x

I bought some rice crackers the other day and ate several yesterday only to discover that they are 1.5 syns each!:eek: And I'm out tonight and Saturday so I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to post a loss next week.:( I just want to lose the weight I put on over Christmas and then start again properly.

Hi guys,

I went to WI on wed and I was a bit disappointed as I weighed in at 27st 4lb. Her scales weigh me the same as mine at home but I had previously weighed first thing in the morning and in the buff. My class was an evening class and I obviously was wearing clothes so I should have expected it to be honest, but I can't help feeling a little gutted. I have planned my meals for the week and I have sorted out an exercise regime too so looking forward to next wed.
Just wanted to ask what the general weight losses have been like on the ee plan. I feel a bit worried to try it as it all seems to good to be true!! If I am going to achieve my target by new years eve this year then I need to do what will make me loose most quickly - if that makes sence?!?!

Hey don't worry about that number cus you will never see it again. With regards to EE, the response has been mixed. I think as with the red/green plan, it will suit some people and not others. The only way to see if it's right for you is to try it for a week and see how you get on. Good luck with week one x

I think I will stick to red and green days for the first week or so. It seems to go against everything we have previously done on the other plans. I'm not convinced yet!
I know you will probably think I am mental but I am going to cycle to the hospital where I am doing my current placement from monday. It is 9.5 miles each way. I know it will be hard especially at first but I really need to shift as much weight as I can by my hols and it will also improve my fitness levels to enable me to leg round all the parks in florida with the girls without getting exhausted all the time. It will probably take me about 3 hours..........lol!!

At least I will be in the right place if I collapse in a heap when I eventually get there - wish me luck!!! :eek:
 
When is your WI day? As long as you are good for the rest of week you should be fine

Tuesday and I'm being extra good so far. I'm even going to eat tonight before we go out to the pub, so I don't get tempted by the food there. And I'll try and stick to diet coke instead of wine.

1 lb off for me in week 1 and boy was it a struggle to not go too off track! Not sure I even deserve that 1 lb :eek:
