I only lost 1.5lb this week. Was really cheesed off but then another member pointed out that I had been weighed in the morning last week and I had to go to the evening class this week 'cos I work shifts. Do you think that could have made a difference?
I will keep plodding on and fitting in some workouts in the gym and hopefully it should sort itself out over the next few weeks.

Less of the 'only' Mrs! A loss is a loss, this isn't a quick fix it is a lifestyle. And yes it will make a difference if you weighed in the morning last week

am I too late to join your team for 2009?? I have set myself a realistic target for the year, and feel this would be the focus I need to stay on track :) xx
 
fab :) am really excited. My target is to lose 48lbs by NYE, thats 1lb a week. Any more is subsequently a bonus :) what do I need to do then, is it just a case of posting our WI results on WI day each weeek? x:D
 
Good morning,

I have been up since the crack of dawn and I feel really energised after my gym session yesterday. I'm going again at 9am before my shift in the hospital at 1pm.
How is everyone getting on? I have been doing the extra easy plan since thurs but I don't think it is working for me. I am going to do red and green til my weigh in on wed night to see if it makes any difference. I think my body is still getting back to normal after messing it around so much trying to do CD. Only time and commitment will tell!!
I have been watching the biggest loser on sky real lives and it has really inspired me to get back into a routine at the gym and pool. I have always used the excuse that I am far too heavy to run. You should have seen the size of some of the contestants and they were all supervised my doctors and trainers during their time at the campus and they had them bonding up hills, running across the dersert and really put them through their paces. I want to try and build it up slowly so I will be able to run a 5K race by the end of the summer and hopefully 10K by the end of the year. :D:eek:
