    i used to be in a team last time i did cd and it really helped.
    sadly that team no longer exists so i would be very glad to join a team again. :D

    hi - no idea what teams mean (am new to this side of things) but anything that keeps me going and motivated i'm up for so count me in :)

    i usually weigh in on a wednesday but after an easter... erm... error... ok, yeah blip i changed my day to friday this week to give myself a little more time to try and rid myself of the pounds of evidence. lol

    I would love to. Have lost a stone in 4 weeks but have fell off the wagon slightly as off work. Need to gee myself up again. Weigh ins are usually thursdays. X
