Hi there, does anyone know what teas we can have. I seem to think fruit teas are out of the window because of citric acid, but now I'm not sure which ones will be OK.

If anybody has a list then that would be great, or alternatively if it's only fruity ones then that's fine too.

Redbush /rooi bush ...m and s do one with a bit of vanilla .

Mint . M and s again to mint and fennel

Green white and black tea

I also drink camomile and sage ( from Gsrden )

Am I right though that fruit teas are a no no?

Thanks everyone. So will be sticking to Redbush and vanilla, with some chamomile for good measure in the evening.

I drink gallons of green tea, my current favourite is made by the London tea company - I get it mail order. I drink that and lots of water - it seems to work.
