Green tea is nice, Peppermint is good also.

have you tried redbush tea slighty different taste to tetleys but lovely without milk, which for us is important.

If you can get used to the tastes it makes a welcome break from water and there all fluids arnt they. :)

Iced tea?? Might be a bit cold at the moment. Nice on a hot day.

Ive started drinking Green Tea (Lyons brand) and Jasmine Tea. I literally dunk the tea bag in for a couple of seconds and then drink it. It takes a while to get the timing right but its a great change to coffee and water :jelous:
