So far today - breakfast (yog & oatbran and a large cappuccino)

Lunch: Grande Skinny Cappuccino with sf hazelnut syrup & protein bar - I know these aren't allowed - but it's better than a sandwich or cake.

Afternoon Snack
3mini burgers (too fatty for Dukan really) and gherkin

Been to pool for light workout and managed around 20-30mins walking

Still struggling - bad day yesterday with tapas for tea and a creme egg ice cream for dessert...

Thanks so much for dropping by - really appreciated. Yesterday was typical in breakfast was perfect (Dukan muffins) - lunch on downward slope (can readymade chilli - so with beans)... Afternoon out and about and peckish - was near supermarket, fancied something hot from deli but only sausage rolls left - so had protein bar which I had with me for an emergency snack. Then tea had potatoes with it! And the last creme egg ice-cream...

So not a good day foodwise - on the upside I did a 50min walk so am pleased with that.

Today is a new day....
