Very!!!!

That gives you about 6 weeks...(losing 2lb a week).

I'm sure Insanity will help you burn a few more lbs (from looking at the before and after pics).

Let's do this!!!!
 
Just refused the delicious cream cake in the office.

What a nice evening...

Went to my mum's to collect little woman and they had just finished eating pizza, so I politely asked for an omelette :cool:.

Just came home and completed (well did about 35 minutes) Insanity Day 2.

It was better than yesterday but still hard. The sweat was pouring (I kid you not) within 8 minutes.

For the third night in a row, my gel has melted away from my hair completely because of the amount of sweat being produced during my workout.

I hope the scales are forgiving on Monday, for this reason alone lol!

Just did Insanity Day 3 - Cardio Recovery

Off to do a bit of Dance Central with lil' woman :)

The scales went down a little this morning too....result!

1. Insanity day 3...CHECK!
2. Dance Central for an hour...CHECK!
3. Protein breakfast...CHECK!
4. Clean the house...in progress
5. Shopping for a 10 year old's birthday gift...:rolleyes:
6. Little sister's birthday bbq....MUST STAY AWAY FROM THE CARBS!

Did Tae Bo this morning (with mum and little woman).

Done Insanity Day 4 - Pure Cardio this evening.

Roll on tomorrow :)
 
Decided to do my two fasting days tomorrow and Tuesday (feelin hyped up) - 500 cals.

Got a shirataki noodle tuna bake in the oven which will be big enough for lunch and dinner.

Can't wait to see what effect it may have :)

I've tried doing 2 together and it's rough, also all the girls on the other thread have advised against doing them one after another and only doing 2! My head is spinning now as I've gone over my calories for the day! Arrhh just as I was on a role!! X

I'm fine...stuck with my workouts but I have had a few pieces of birthday cake and chocolate brownie popcorn :eek:

I have 2 weeks to see an improvement so I'm going to be very strict and stick with the two consecutive days of fasting.

I also dug up my old South Beach diet cookbook and all the recipes in there are under 500 cals, so I can be inventive on my two days.
 
Day 1 (My diet kickstart) - Dukan + 2 day fast


Fast day 1

B: No food, 3 glasses of water
L: Tuna Shirataki Noodle Bake (apx 100 cals)
D: Tuna Shirataki Noodle Bake (apx 100 cals) & big salad, dukan dessert

S: Sugar-free jelly

Still figuring out what to eat if I'm still hungry but the noodle bake will definitely curb my appetite from lunch until dinner

E: Insanity Day 5

Feel like the toilet fairy will be visiting very soon, it's a shame it didn't come before I weighed myself this morning :rolleyes:
 
Update #3 (I think lol)

1. My (.)(.) don't feel as slack as they did a few weeks ago.

2. My 34E now feel loose...(possibly need a 32D now).

3. My stomach muscles feel more toned from the inside (intense workouts)

4. My OH seems to think I'm disappearing lol!

5. Walking up escalotors doesn't hurt at all #result

6. My stomach appears to be much flatter when I lie down

7. My excitement about excerising has increased (since starting Insanity)

8. My waist beads which were stuck on my belly when I started, now jingle and dance around as they are no longer restricted my gut :)

Insanity Day 5 complete :D

I actually had more energy doing it today, even though I've had less to eat (fast day) :confused:.

Sitting here sweating, so I'm off to shower and work out what I'll be eating tomorrow.

Not hungry at all and I had a sneaky peek at the scales (even though I refuse to believe evening readings) and it is very motivating I must say.

Will probably jump back on here later dukanettes xx
