    Hi! First day of my Diary. I always start things on fridays. Haha.

    My diet is a very low calorie diet, eating between 500-800cals a day, I try not to drop below 500cals, as I know that is really not good. I do a lot of exercise, horse riding 3 times a week, swimming once a week, and walking my dogs every day and sometimes my mum's dogs.

    Well, this was yesterdays intake (31st July):

    1/4 Watermelon - 150cals
    3 minature sausages - 123cals
    1/4 low fat pizza - 162cals
    1/3 low fat garlic bread - 78cals

    Total: 513cals.

    Plus the dog treat my mum dared me to eat. XD

    Yesterdays exercise:

    Walk dogs - 40mins
    Swimming - 70mins
    Shopping - 3hrs

    Hi Tegan. I am doing my own very low calorie diet too. How much weight do you want to lose?

    I have about 5 stone more to go (70lbs), have already lost about 2 1/2 stone (35lbs), and I hope to shift all of that by March. Losing around 15-20lbs a month for the first 3 months, then
    around 5-10lbs a month for the next 3 months, then around 2-5lbs a month for the last 2 months.

    How much are you looking to lose? And how many calories are you on?

    I would like to lose about 20kg (48lb) more. I have lost almost 24kg (52lb) since early April on a ~480 calories diet. I will slowly increase my colorie intake when I am closer to my goal. I don't do much exercise, though.

    Yesterdays stuff: (1st August) *pinch punch first of the month*

    Watermelon - 75cals
    1/2 sandwich - 163cals
    Grilled chicken - 277cals
    1/4 bag of microwave rice - 51cals

    Total: 566cals

    It was a good day, and I walked sodding miles.

    Lost a pound. :D

    Sorry I've been away for a while. As I explained in my welcome message, I used to suffer from bulimia. I started this diet in August and I carried on until November, but I started taking it a bit too far and was restricting down to under 150 cals a day by November. I went from 15st 3lbs (213lbs) to 12st 13lbs (181lbs) in just over 6 weeks. I was quite ill. I started seeing my therapist more and we quickly broke that. Unfortunately over christmas I went from 12st 13lbs to 14st 8lbs so I'm kind of back to the start. I am currently 14st 6lbs and my BMI is about 30.1. I decided to come back to this site so I have that support to keep me eating a certain amount and healthy praise for my weight loss.

    My end goal is now 10st 10lbs exactly. Which means 4st 6lbs to go!

    Goals:
    Start: 1st January - 14st 8lbs - 204lbs - BMI: 30.6 :cry:
    Current: 5th January - 14st 6lbs - 202lbs - BMI: 30.3 :cry:
    Goal: 1st February - 13st 12lbs - 194lbs - BMI: 29.1 :cry:
    Goal: 1st March - 13st 3lbs - 185lbs - BMI: 27.7 :(
    Goal: 1st April - 12st 9lbs - 177lbs - BMI: 26.5 :(
    Goal: 1st May - 12st 2lbs - 170lbs - BMI: 25.5 :(
    Goal: 1st June - 11st 10lbs - 164lbs - BMI: 24.6 :)
    Goal: 1st July - 11st 5lbs - 159lbs - BMI: 23.8 :)
    Goal: 1st August - 11st 1lb - 155lbs - BMI: 23.2 :)
    Goal: 1st September - 10st 12lbs - 152lbs - BMI: 22.8 :D
    Ultimate Goal: 1st October - 10st 10lbs - 150lbs - BMI: 22.5 :D
