Tell me about the products- what do you like and dislike?

    Title says it all. I am starting on Monday and just wondering which products you all like and dislike.

    Hiya newme!!! I love the choc mint shakes warm....omg can't tell u how tasty they are!!! Dislike fruits if forest shake :( are you excited start? Xxxx

    i am scared and excited at the same time, worried I'm going to fail on the first day.
    Been to see my consultant today and I have my products, definitely have some of the Choc mint, hopefully I like something :)

    starting monday day as we have a few parties on this weekend.
    Will no doubt be on here a lot next week :)

    Day 1 was fine for 2 was a horrid. But day 3 I woke up fine!!! I'm day 4 now and I don't feel hungry anymore!! I had a blip on day two and had one slice of garlic bread....could of cried. But my consultant boosted me again!! Thankfully it didn't knock me out of ketosis.

    I had toffee and walnut shake warm for breakfast was ok! I don't normally like soups but I'm thinking if trying them next week.

    Have you had soups?

    Enjoy the last few days and hope you have a fab time this weekend!! I'm on here a lot since starting!!

    Can I ask what plan your starting on? Xxxxx

    Hey Spammie, I'm starting on sole source. Starting tomorrow so making the most of today.
    My consultant was low on soups and the only one she had was spicy tomato so I have a few of those to start with. I also have porridge and shakes :)

    cant wait a it to start but I'm just hoping I like something.

    I was the same!! I think after next week I may jus settle on 3 or 4 different products (I'm the most fussy person ever!) I'm thinking of trying the spicy tomatoe soup also, I'm also on sole source.

    Yes make the most of today :) now I'm in ketosis I don't get hungry! So just think as soon as your into it things will be so much easier!! On day two I was questioning why I was doing this. Really felt ill. But after I awoke I was fab :)

    Do you have a target weight set? My consultant never set me a target weight!? Strange I know.

    Hey Spammie,

    she he asked how much i wanted to lose and when I first called her I mentioned 20 kilos as I was 75 kilos a couple of years ago and I felt ok at that weight but I know I could lose more. She mentioned a figure in the 60s maybe 63/65 ish but I said I wanted to see how I look when I get to 70ish first as I don't want to look too gaunt. She is just wanting me to get my BMI in the healthy range and 70 gets it just under 25 but she wants it to be around 23 ish.

    hope that all makes sense.

    maybe ask your consultant to set a goal that way it makes it something for you to aim for? Good luck sounds like you are going great. Have you had the dreaded bad breath?

    Hello Newme! I loooove beer, ice-cream and potatoes! Wish somebody could invent such a diet soon;))hahaha)) i guess there is nothing i can call "i hate it" when it comes to food)) i love food)

    Yes it makes sense newme!! I have a spurt of energy now so gonna have a good clear out today I think!!! Ahh the dreaded bad breath!!! I got it on day two when I was ill...but not noticed since :) not have my children or hubby (believe me they would tell me) I got some breath fresher just incase so I'm always armed readyfor it!! I have noticed my wee smells a little different...sorry for the info! Xxx

    im im definitely going to need this forum when I start. Gonna have a cuppa before bed shortly I think, we only got to bed after 3am this morning and it's almost 8.30pm now so we are all shattered.

    What time do you have your shakes etc? I am only entitled to 3 a day so I want them spaced out nicely so I'm not clempt by early evening :)

    I'm only entitled to 3!! I do the school run and sort my little ones out then have a shake around 10-10.30. Then I do around 2.30-3.00 before I pick my children up. Then as I was always a late eater and would eat most at night I have a late one around 8!! My consultant does 9am 1pm 5pm. However it suits your life style!! Hope you have a good nights sleep!!! Ready for day 1!!

    I'm on here a lot since joining so will be nice stay in touch :)

    I'm going change some products tomorrow...jus the few I don't like!! Xxx

    Thanks, will see how I go as I usually eat pretty early with the kids before school , when I do have breakfast that is.

    msy try and do 10.30, 3.30 after school pick up then 8.30 when they are in bed and just drink water, green tea and have my one black coffee first thing in the morning.

    eeek! Excited now.

    what products didn't you like?

    I was excited before my first day!! Erm I don't like butterscotch, vanilla and toffee and walnut shakes :/ oh and fruits of the forest shake !! I'm really wanting try the bars that everyone raves about...but not allowed yet :( I find a lot too sweet for my taste buds so that's why I'm going try a soup. Normally I don't like soup but I want try one!!! Xxx

    Oh I hope you find something you like. I all 3 porridges to try but only one each of the maple and peacan and original. Got more of the apple and cinnamon one.
    Choc mint, Choc, Choc orange and strawberry shakes. She only had spicy tomato soup do that's what I got but I did want to try the chives and mushroom and potato and leak. She also gave me a free bar (in case I need something to chew but the bars aren't really for the first two weeks)so I went for the peanut one which is a fave with her clients. Let's hope I like something :)

    If you like coffee she said you could put some in the vanilla shake and it makes it like a frappucino. Depends if you like that though.

    Hey Spammie,

    it was ok. I woke up with a cold though, not great for my first day. Had apple and cinnamon porridge which was ok, Choc mint shake for lunch had it hot though, was ok. The soup I had for my evening meal was minging though. It was spicy tomato as that's all she had. Just had original porridge this morning, it is very sweet so just shoved it in and tried not to taste it lol.

    drank 2.6 litres yesterday and had a black coffee too.

    feeling a bit blah this morning but that could be down to the cold too, just tired but we had a busy weekend. Not sure I'm going to be able to stick to this unless I find a product I really like the taste of :s

    Awww sorry hear bout the cold Hun. I changed so many products yesterday as I didn't like a lot. As you get into ketosis it will get better. Hopefully you will find something you like :) I had an oriental chili. It's quite nice. I'm not one for the origional porridge...maybe add some cinnamon or nutmeg to it? Really hope you find a nice product soon. It's just trial and error first few days....don't give up. You can do this!!!
