im being soooooooooooooooo good with my food intake and snacking o n lots of super free foods when im peckish, so all is well however, I made myself a sweet baked potato with a boiled egg lots of leafy salad with carrot (no dressing) then made a portion of boiled pasta with tuna mixed in, I ate lots of this and it was so nice but Im worried that portion size REALLY does matter, or that I have used to many free foods?? IM doing ee, could anybody tell me what they think?
 
The key is to eat until you're satisfied. Try to eat slowly, to gage when you're actually full. This is what I normally do - any leftovers goes in a tupperware in the fridge and lunch is sorted for tomorrow!

That's a great piece of advice. Also make sure you're only eating from feelings of physical hunger not boredom or other emotions. This is harder than it sounds! Good luck, X
