Someone had them in work today and I had some without thinking. Right, as long as I don't have any more syns today (or a max of another 3!!) then I'll be fine.

No worries, It's a nightmare when someone comes in to work with goodies, I'm going to need all my willpower this afternoon, someone is on his way back with delicious cream cakes!! I've asked him to get me a mullerlite yoghurt!
