Was just about to check online for you, but need carb and protein amounts. Also are those values per 100g or serving?

Ha i've never done red or green. Started on extra easy and it works for me so never needed to change. I'm moving out of parents home soon after christmas though, so once i have a bit more freedom in the kitchen i'd like to see how the other plans work for me.

I did sw years ago when only red and green existed and I've never tried ee because I can't be bothered trying to fill my plate withsuch and such amount of foods! Green is easier to do because of what I eat so red will be a challebge!
