Tesco food shop help with fussy eater

KittyKatKayl

My body is a temple ...
Hey everyone!

I hope that this is posted in the correct place.
Basically there are loads of things that I can't or won't eat:

I'm a veggie ... so no meat, shellfish or fish.
I'm allergic dairy (so no yogurts, cheese, milk etc etc unless soya, rice or nut. I can eat eggs though)
I don't like to eat aspartamine (Spelling) as I find it really affects my stomach and my migraines/ daily headache problems.

I LOVE hot food, I love veggies and can't keep away from fruit.
I do get a sweet tooth often and never know what I'm able to have.

I shop at Tesco too, if that makes any difference.

Basically I'm going for my 'big shop' tonight and I want to make a list of things I could buy as I always end up eating the same things on a cycle.

So, if anyone has any easy recipes to suggest or any 'free' or 'low SYN' items that I could get from Tesco that would be fabulous!

Thank you in advance to anyone who are nice enough to reply!!!

love & light

Um, well I dont eat a lot of meat and this is my last 2 Tesco shops (pasted below).
Basically lots of fruit & veg - I try to have baby veggies to snack on (baby corn, snap peas, baby toms etc), plus lots of fruit (berries to snack on as well as the usual apples satsumas etc).
Sweet potatoes and celeriac to make interesting chips, butternut squash is great roasted too.
Lots of dried beans to make soups, stews etc. Loads of lentils for salads. Red rice is nice for that too.
I keep LOADS of herbs & spices, garlic, lemon lime etc to make things interesting/make sauces for salads etc.
Chickpeas for my hummus addiction :D
I like Kara Dairy Free coconut milk best, you get 400ml as a HEXA which is the most of any brand. I get lots of yogurt/cheese too, although mine aren't dairy free you can get alternatives.
I use lots of Quorn/veggie subs for sausages, fillets, pieces to put in stews, curries, salads.
Pomegranate, mango, melon I use to make salads interesting or make salsas to go with BBQ stuff.

My food diary is here: http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-food-diaries/214451-erms-photo-diary.html although the beginning and end have been quite a lot of chicken, its usually pretty veggie friendly and any of my meat could almost always have been substituted for a veggie alternative. (Theres photos of every reipe so just skip the posts in the middle til you find a photo).

I've never even heard of Kara Dairy Free coconut milk, would that be with the soya milk or in a different section?

Do you know of any SYN free soya yogurts? I think 2 SYNS is the lowest I've found so far.

what are Tesco Halloumi Lighter,Tesco Wholefood Black Turtle Beans 500G & marmite bites?

Is normal marmite free?

This is all very useful thank you so much!!

Will be looking at your food diary in a min :)

Kara milk is in "Milk, custards and desserts" online and in with the boxed long-life milk in the shop.

Normal Marmite os free yep. Marmite bites and halloumi lighter are not dairy free, sorry :(

Black turtle beans are here: Tesco Wholefood Black Turtle Beans 500G - Groceries - Tesco Groceries
but you could use black eye beans or pretty much any beans for something similar. You dont have to use dried either if you dont have time, you can get loads of tinned ones these days, just need several tins. Mm here's the piccies of my food diary without the bumf:
