Hi guys!

I've had a look on the website for the syn values, it's currently saying:

Tesco Fluffy Mashed Potato, excluding milk, frozen 650g pack (130g serving) 1½

I was just curious if the serving means the frozen weight or cooked weight? I weighed it out once cooked and didn't think anything of it, until my mum said that it was the frozen weight, so now I'm a bit confused!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :) Thanks!

It will be whatever matches the nutritional information, which states 1/5 pack cooked. But personally I'd still use the frozen weight as that's what's been measured in grams rather than a portion. I can't imagine there'd be a massive amount of difference between the two though if you just reheat it - maybe a bit of evaporation, but you're not adding anything to really change the volume.

Thank you, I'll go with the frozen weight next time to be on the safe side! :)
