Tesco gammon shanks

Hi The Tesco gammon shanks in a light muscavado sugar - a twin pack is 500g in the freezer section - are syn free on EE and Original and are absolutley delicious!

Hmmm seems odd that something cooked in sugar would be syn free?!?


Edit : just looked at syns online and it says they are free. Amazing!
