Tesco light choices pineapple and passionfruit cottage cheese

Hi there,

Would anybody be able to check the syn value for the cottage cheese from the title? I don't have access to syns online - sorry!

It's a small pot, 150g, and it's a new one, like the red pepper pesto one. I hope it's low syn as it's lurvely!

HHmmm I can only find this one which isnt a Light Choices one...

I had this and as it wasn't on the website I worked it out with the syn calculator using cottage cheese as a free food allowance and it did come out at 2.5 syns for the tub.

So not worth it, I thought it was watery and the only passion fruit is juice. May as well have the pinapple one!!!
