Sorry but I think that soft cheese can only be used as a HEB on green and EE, and not as a HEA. It's 85g of low fat soft cheese for a HEB, otherwise it would have to be synned.

No light choices plain soft cheese listed but these will give you the general idea. Not bad really - 85g is actually quite a lot.
