tesco macaroni cheese

please help im doing this for tea as the cheese sauce for a lasagne and i cant find the syn value in my book or on here.
i have the tescos 120g packet,dry stuff.

I've had a look on the website under Tesco macaroni cheese but it's only coming up with chilled/frozen stuff. Any more details? maybe we can find it...

Well i get 6 syns for 100g for that then

oh bugger i used two packets of it.but i spos its gonna feed 6 of us so i make that ,god dunnono what would you syn it at

yeah me too.i got a tiny bit though prob about 3 heaped tbsp and now done mine seperate but think i will say 3 to be safe,thanks for all your help.i thought all pasta and sauces were free but im finding out now that quite a few of them are now syned (
