Tesco Meal Replacement Bars

Hi, Can you tell me if we are allowed the meal Replacement bars from Tesco. I ordered shakes only but need to have lunch at work tomorrow and dont fancy making a shake. Think Ive seen here we can but on the ingredients it says they contain citric acid, Help :wave_cry:

Ive been TS 100% for 7 days and Im very much in Ketosis. Even forgot to have my 3rd shake last night

I have been having about 3 - 4 bars a week at work and I have still lost and still kept in Ketosis.

I have bought the Exante ones but they are (in my opinion) are not as nice as the Tesco ones.

I've been having 2 Tesco bars a day and one shake and it seems OK

Not sure why I have started doing this, just seems to have become the way I'm doing it at the moment!!
