Tesco Simply Cook Lamb Shank in Mint Gravy

I saw this in my local Tesco yesterday and I've heard a few people in my group talking about it.

Is this free on red or do I need to syn it?

Also you cook it in the microwave so wondering if anyone has tried it and whether it is good quality or not? I imagine it to be like plastic for some reason

It's 3 syns per 375g on red and EE

The chilled one is free on red and ee the frozen one has syns.

I havent had it but know lots of people love it

I've had the fresh one and its lovely you get loads of gravy well worth the money. Fresh ones free frozen have 1.5 syns ..... I think.

Just checked online frozen ones are 1.5 syns on R and EE x

I have had the somerfield ones you pop in the microwave and it was good

So i've done what i'm told to and searched first and this is the most recent thread that I have found.

Is this seriously free? A girl at class posted on fb it was and started a buying frenzy at our local Tesco but how can it be free....Its so yummy and that gravy???!!!!
