Hi, does anyone know the syn values for the Tesco Simply Cook chicken breasts?

I think the cheese, ham and mushroom ones are 3 syns from what I've seen on here, just want to check if thats per breast or for the whole pack. Also wanted to know the syns for the garlic mushroom and the bacon and cheese ones please!
