Hello, I'm quite new to this site, but I've read so many inspirational stories that I've decided to write a thread too.
I've been overweight so long that I don't know what it feels like to be a "normal" weight anymore. After I had my little girl (now 2years old) I put on almost 3 stone! Yeah, disgusting I know. I confess to comfort and boredom eating, plus I'm in a very stressful job, which doesn't help.
Anyway I started my WW journey in November, but found it really tough. I kept losing a pound, then putting it on again and I got soooo frustrated.
My hubby actually told me about CD. He ran into a guy that he knew who's lost 10st so far on the diet. There and then I decided that enough is enough! I am GOING to lose weight and I'm determined that this will be the last diet I go on.
So, here I am. It's been a really tough few weeks, and I've managed to stick to the diet mostly. I have had a few blips, but I'm working on it.
Sorry for the long post. I look forward to making new friends and your support on my journey. I will keep this thread going with updates on my journey.
Take care.
Tess
