Tetra pack and bars

I am going to try the bars this week. Wanted to know..can you have a tetra pack and a bar in the same day??

Also are you only allowed one tetra pack a day?

Be great if someone could let me know...will be able to plan my 'meals' better!

Hi,

Bars are restricted to one a day. You can have as many tetras a day as you like and you can have bars and tetras together.

For bars and tetras you must remember to allow an extra half pint water for each one you have.

Hey G1981.You can have as many tetras as u want in a day(not more than the amount of packs u r allowed LOL)
but you have to drink extra water per tetra u drink.
You are also allowed a Tertra and a bar in the same day, the tetras are the same as packs just conveniently made up ready to drink.

I tend to mix half a tetra with water...that way I get 2 cups!!

Put a spoonful of coffee in a super large mug or coke glass, one of the big ones, make the coffee a little stronger than usual fill about 1/3 with hot water then add choc velvet and give a good stir. This is wonderful, so much of it and because you are diluting the velvet with another flavour it is so scrummy.

High on the list for a winter warmer.
