Bad day, no food in, two days before pay day, bad food choices x
 
Yeah, I'm just going to give myself a break, I can't be so hard on myself there's a lot going on at home at the moment. Life really does effect how you can stick to diets. I'm not giving up, far from it but I think its useless until Christmas but I'm just going to try making better food choices until then and smaller portions xx
 
Oh I've been so bad I don't dare step on scales, last check was 6lb gain but as of 2nd Jan I'm back on the diet and my new years resolution is to get to at least 3st off this year from whatever I weigh come 2nd Jan. I'm lookin forward to gettin back on it but for now going to enjoy my Christmas xx
 
Well I stepped on the scales......10lb gain, ouch! So back on it today cal counting for first few days just to keep things simple. Hoping its mostly just bloat from lots of bread and pastry.

Breakfast - 266 cals
Bran flakes
Cup of tea

Lunch - 266 cals (might skip lunch as I'm not hungry and were going out shopping and having an early tea)

Dinner -
Pasta n sauce 258 cals
Chicken dippers 215 cals

Wi treat - not deserved but still!
Toffee muffin 258 cals
2 lindor choc's 140 cals
