I went completely AWOL and off plan today when shopping and ended up in TGI Fridays 
Wish I hadn't of bothered as the food wasn't that great and I have trawled and trawled the internet this evening and cannot find the syn or calorie value for half of their food!
Does anyone know the syn value for the Chicken Finger BLT and sweet potato fries from TGI Fridays?
(I have searched this forum so hopefully this isn't a duplicate)
