Thai food help!

I have a Thai meal with friends at a lovely restaurant this weekend however due to having a few meals out in the diary this month, I really don’t want to pile on the syns.

Any ideas of the best Thai options? Boiled rice seems like a must have but what to have with it is a hard choice!
