2 lbs off for me this week, so pleased after a sts on my first week back :) am putting it down to not using bread as my h.e . Think it slows me. Kept on plan all week apart from one day when I went up to 30 syns but that was the only blip.
 
Well done :) a lot of trial & error, finding out what works best for you x
