on my14th day of restarting the cambridge diet

*woohoo*

did it last year and lost all my weight then i was so chuffed

:rolleyes: i hit the kebabs and chips and chocolate

and guess what yes i put it all nearly back on :break_diet:

i think ive learnt my lesson
*folds all those lovely new clothes i'd treated my self to in the black bin bags* :cry:

anyway here i am again
and loveing it

*waves to everyone on the board*

i know i thought it would be harder this time to get back into s.s ing but after a rough few starting days i slipped back into the old routine of my gallons of water and 3 packs of powder

*plus its saveing me a fortune in tescos -yes i was the one shovelling all the chocolate goodies into my trolly*

cant wait to chuck away my elastic banded skirts *snigger*

ive just tried inserting my code for my ticker in and it just comes up numbers and letters actually it just comes up the code i'd copied *slaps head*
 
after it comes up with the codes press the save ticker button at the bottom of the edit signiture page, hope this works for you

oo i cant wait for a chewy bar :rolleyes:

tried out the recipe for chrisp.cookie things with my hot choccy mint

and burnt them so bad the plastic melted

tasted nice though :D
