Because of you I am going on my holidays today a stone lighter than if I hadn't found this forum and the Cambridge diet I'm SS+ whilst I'm away so hopefully should at least STS whilst away. Thanks guys for all the inspiration you've given me to stick to this diet and I'll see you all again in a week! Hope you all have a fab week x x

i agree - this diet is amazing and the only time in my life that I have felt in control of my body.
