TBH I'm finding it easier than the two times I've done it before but went to group I hate saying that though cos it could all change at any moment but I hope not. I'm so determined this time, I think also now that I've lost around 2 stone, every day I go to pick my kids up from school people keep asking me if I've lost weight or telling me I look great which gives me a boost and spurs me on.
How are you getting on Kym? How many weeks have you been doing it?
I have been dieting now for just over 7 weeks and have lost 19lbs so far, don't know how I would get on if it wasn't for you lot on here, keeps me going. I do have days though, esp late at night when I say to my husband " I would love to go to indian and have a blow out" lol. But like you i'm sooooooo determined xxx
The soup recipe is basically throwing all free food into big pot, onions, leeks, swede, parsnips etc etc adding veg oxo cube, salt and pepper and boiling up for bout half hour, then I put it all in my crock pot for 4 hours but you can keep it simmering on stove on low heat if you like! Lush!!!! You can also experiment by adding chicken too if you like, just stirps left over from a roast chicken or something!! xxx
