I put a shower in a couple of months ago and havent used the bath since. Tonight I decided to go for a soak coz Ive had a sore back for the past week or so.

For the first time as far back as I can remember the water actually moved round me without my having to move to one side, lol.

Very strange but just one more good thing about losing so much weight. Cant wait to see what happens when Im another 5 stone down.

Fantastic! Isn't it great when you notice a difference? You could start a whole new way of measuring weight loss - not in dress sizes, but how many spare inches in the bath.

I've got a huge amount to lose, so very few people have noticed a difference in me, but it does amuse me that my watch keeps turning round because the strap's so loose. I must have had the world's fattest wrists if the 2 stone I have lost has come from just one of them!
