had a good day yesterday despite being rough, needs must though, not through choice lol.

my steps haven't been as good of late, i think i've got a bit lax.
i'm finding this last stone a bit daunting.

started the 30 day shred, on day 2 now.

Feb 4 = Forgot to reset Sat Nite

went to a party yesterday and was naughty :eek: had 1½ pieces of carrot cake and apple pie and custard. they were in my points though, just a little too close to WI me thinks.
Since i started the 30 day shred my waist has expanded by nearly 2 inches but i haven't worked out my stomach muscles since my operation 15 or so months ago (couldn't had to much pain in them) so i think i'm filling up with water to protect them.
i've got a feeling of foreboding for WI tomorrow.

Right i have defo got to get a pedo!
At leat 2 days a week i do a 16 hour reception shift behind the desk at work (hotel) i know i shouldnt be but it suits my life more free time to do other things!
I know on those 2 days i hardly move so i would be interested to see how much i actually do move and then sort the problem out from there.

Just thort i would add my steps ive been working extra hours for the last wk and abit,due to the snow n ice etc since monday i have been walking to n from work as well...so steps are up abit :eek:

And, here I was thinking that you'd lost your pedometer running for the train and weren't tracking any more!
