Be nice to yourself and find something other than food to cope with life
What do you mean, you've heard this before and it hasn't worked!
How long did you do "it" for? Are you still doing "it"? Do you only do it sometimes? Well the key is for us to keep on doing "it" until we no longer even realise, keep on until its a habit that we don't even know that we have it .... the only giveaway will be the looser clothes!
This is nothing to do with speed just success.. so even VLCD'ers can gain masses from this regardless of which plan they are on..
