The beginning

Hi Folks,

Blessed is he amongst ladies. 2 days in, started Monday, just had second shake of the day, feeling good. I've just shy of 3 stone to drop from 15 stone, 7 or so down to 12 stone 10. ........looking forward to burning me bra!

Anyone else started yesterday - best of luck.
