A ten pound loss in April is very doable altho I tend to set a target of 2lbs per week after the first couple of weeks (I've posted the maths for this elsewhere but can explain it again if you like?). Will be interested in how you get on. xx
 
hi there, thanks for message, yes i am setting a 3llb loss a week which would be really good, but lets see how it goes.....I wear size 18 black trousers for work, and even though there is room spare there isnt enough to get into any other of my clothes, I don’t have many size 16’s but do have some size large 14’s and the heaviest I remember being when I got into them was 13 st so that is my first goal as such…..so its gonna be a big jump but cant wait…..I seriously wear the same boring clothes all the time that are falling apart, but if I can get the 10llb off in April which should fly by hopefully, I will be in these clothes by end of May which is my birthday….oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I would love to be out of the ‘HUGE BIG BIRD’ clothes lol xxxxxxxx
