The Biggest Loser (Percentage) 6 month Team Challenge

Sorry for being a bit late...didn't get on computer yesterday because of bank holiday ;) Lost 2lbs this week :)
 
Woo get you jensonbuttongirl, I lost a lb this week, now at 11,11 was my anniversary of joining ww today, 1 year on and I'm so proud of what I've done 53 lb in total

Sorry purples half on, I ve stuck to the plan and joined the gym , I ve been every day this week and my leader thinks that's what's caused the weight gain , she said it will come off in the next few weeks does anyone else know if this is the case when new to exercise , I was gutted coz I thought I'd done so well ;( x
 
Defo! Most people's losses stall when they exercise. Just keep at it... Maybe eat a little bit more and drink lots and it will show... Also measure inches. Hugs. Xx

Debbielou - do u eat your weeklies - I think most people who exercise a lot eat them and sometimes some AP to get good losses... I'm ok thanks ... Decided to rejoin meetings on Monday x

I have increased my membership from online back up to monthly pass and I'm going to a meeting on Monday - fresh start - gonna get new books, new weightloss card and some of the yummy treats u can only get at meeting :D x
 
I don't eat all of them usually bout 10 to 15 out of the 49, sorry for being thick but what does AP stand for , well done for getting back to class I couldn't do it without and my leader is fab , she knew I was disappointed so sent me a lovely text last night to keep me focused , discovered the hum bug sweets their delish xx

Even if you haven't lost lbs you will have lost inches. It is always worth keeping track of your measurements (I try to remember to do them monthly). Your leader is right, you will probably be back to normal in a couple of weeks :) Just remember that you are getting fitter by doing the exercise even if you aren't loosing :hug99:

AP means additional points, so points you've earned doing exercise, I always eat all my weeklies, but none of my ap's
 
I had a 1lb loss this week! Have no idea how as I was dreadful all weekend...... Think it's great you are going to meetings Carly, I find the thought of someone weighing me is enough to keep me on track (other than this weekend of course) xxxxx

RULES/SCORING SYSTEM
1. The challenge will run for 6 months from 15th April 2012 to 14th October 2012 - in which time everyone will have 26 WIs.
2. Each week I will convert the weight loss of each person into a percentage per person and then a percentage per team.
3. Each person can set a percentage loss goal for them to work to - and then the team will also have a target based on those.
4. Don't worry - no-one will be eliminated!!! ;)

* Each week there will be a team that is the "biggest loser" :D - That team will earn themselves 50 points
* Each week the biggest percentage loser (individual) will earn their team 25 points and a personal Gold "Lightening Losers" star (*) :D
* Every person who meets their percentage goal during the 26 weeks will also earn 50 points for their team and a Silver "Tremendous Target" star (*)
* And then the team which loses the highest percentage by the end of the 26 weeks will earn 500 points!!!
* The team that has the most points overall at the end of the challenge will win.... :D And I may just send a little treat to the members of that team :D
