Hello all,

I have never been a member of a group (always a BodyOptimise member) so have never had a book which explains all about SW.

Is the main book the green covered Food Optimising book? I have seen it on the Online bookshop.

What info does it have? Does it cover red and green days as well as EE? Is it worth buying?

sounds like it yes. It should be green with a heart-shaped lime on the front. It gives information on all three plans but seems to be more centered on Extra Easy.
