How about getting back to basics and filling diary sheets for the full week .... So many people don't fill their diary sheet.

Or swapping a day, red, green or ee.

Cooking something you have never cooked before .... I'm doing a chicken stir fry for tea

How about upping your superspeed food? I've done that before, got a good weight loss!

Ive been eating a lot of fruit recently !! Hope that works for Friday WI !!

Great idea, love this!

My consultant has a challenge board. She has 12 different challenges on it and encourages people to have a go at one of them. I have the whole list somewhere.

Here are the challenges:

1. Read all your books from cover to cover
2. 5 scan bran and 5 glasses of water a week
3. Bowl/mug of syn free soup each day
4. 10 speed foods a day
5. Have a different B choice each day
6. Try a new recipe once a day for 7 days
7. Have fish 4 times this week
8. 30 minutes body magic every day
9. Complete a food diary
10. Change your eating plan for at least 3 days
11. Increase superfree foods to half each day
12. 7 days, 7 speed foods and 7 syns
 
Going to attempt giving up fizzy pop, even though its diet coke I'm so bloated from it!

I gave up fizzys a couple weeks back and I feel so much better, the only time I have fizzy is a diet coke when out for a meal with friends (whilst they drink wine and such though :( )

My aim this week is to eat something different for breakfast every day. Things are starting to get a bit repetative, and I know from past experience that this will end up resulting in me becoming bored, and more than likely falling off the wagon.

Tea I am okay with, and eat varied meals each night anyway. Lunches are the same everyday (JP with cheese and/or beans and salad), but I enjoy my daily potato and don't really want to change that. So, I will be focusing on breakfast's this morning.

This morning I have had a Tesco "Berry Medley" pot containing strawberries, blueberries and grapes. With a toffee mullerlight afterwards. Thinking tomorrow may be magic porridge with a chopped banana and raspberries, yum yum!
