Starbucks for example actually DO have a nutrition booklet inside every one of their stores - so they are not exactly hiding anything... and come on, those frappucinos - they're pure sugar syrup and ice. What do people expect?
And surely you can't expect a Latte - which is technically a glass of full-fat milk to be in the healthy calorie range!

It's a little bit silly. It's called common sense surely. All the sugar fizzy pop can be just as bad.

Stick to an Americano coffee and ask for Skim milk! Use the sweetners they have readily available at the mixing station. It's not hard is it...

I used to love a Coffee and Walnut cake with a gingerbread latte in Costa. Til I found out I consuming a 1000 odd calories for an afternoon snack!
