The extra 49 points ?

I think everyone is different really but the general consensus is - do what works for you! If you eat them all one week, and find you havnt lost weight, eat less the next. But if you eat none of them and then find your weight loss plateaus, you have nothing to cut back on! But if you eat them, and are still losing, but your weight plateaus then you have something to change... does that make sense?
