Thanks Abby but I don't know how encouraging I'd find sitting in front of a mirror naked.
I'm going to look at the book though, the whole issue of weight loss, health and fitness seems to me to be intimately wrapped up with life style, life feeling, life thought, and life attitude. all wrapped up in mutual feedback loops of positive or negativity. Developing balance in all these areas seems to be the path of well being. Anyway all the best to you ABBYB40
