Hi guys so i decided about 40 minutes ago (all my best ideas come in the middle of the night) that I was going to try this weight watchers thing. So i looked it up online, thought to myself "as if i'm paying that much" and have decided to go it alone.
I'm going to do the discover system as i like the fact it still includes calories bc i have a calorie counting app and i want to be able to track on that as well.
The points in most foods are easy enough to figure out and i hate hate eating out so I don't think i will ever come across the problem of not knowing the nutritonal information of my food.
So yes i will probably go to sleep in a bit and later on today will be my first actual day
