Hi all!
Well this is my last ditched attempt at getting the last of my weight off before my Gran Canarian adventure at the end of May.
To date, i've managed to shed 3 stone.
Which has taken me down from a very very bubbly size 20, to a very nice but a little too curvy for my liking size 14.
My target is roughly a size 10-12 which i hope to achieve by May.
I think another stone and a half should do it
I have 21 weeks....which works out about 1lb a week....doable? I think so!
Breakfast: Was in a bit of a rush, so a banana for me
Lunch: Ainsley Harriets Chilli Cous Cous, at 3 syns these little babies are brilliant if you're in a rush. Although I was a little naughty, I added a bag of 30g Kettle chips, Salt & Vinegar. I can't resist them...they're definitely not worth their 10 Syns but I just can't help myself!!!
Dinner Here's where I redeemed myself!
Home made, tomato, pepper and bacon soup.
This was so yummy!
Chop the fat off of the bacon at it to the blender, mince it up.
Cook some small pasta shells.
Put them all in a saucepan together and heat through.
Add two to three Laughing cow extra light triangles at the end......YUMMY!!
Today's Damage: 13 Syns!
Not bad considering it's my first day back on plan after Xmas!
