Hey guys (& gals) lol, My name is Kada, and I'm new to this forum so I thought I'd post something to introduce myself. I'm in my early 20's at the moment and have been struggling with my weight *thinks*...ever since I can remember!! Over the pat summer I became really depressed due to personal issues and piled on more weight. I'm now the heaviest i've ever been. Im not on any specific diet plan, as I don't feel they work for me. However I have chosen to go with the, 'eat healthy/low fat foods - & excersize' plan! I signed up to my local Gym on monday, and will go for times a week + swimming (today will be my last for the week.. skipped Tuesday) I'm enjoying the gym, so sticking at it and eating healthy is what i need to get committed too! Anyway I hope I havent bored you to death lol, I'd love any support/tips I can get!
