"The Going At It Alone Diet" (New)

    Hey guys (& gals) lol,

    My name is Kada, and I'm new to this forum so I thought I'd post something to introduce myself.

    I'm in my early 20's at the moment and have been struggling with my weight *thinks*...ever since I can remember!! Over the pat summer I became really depressed due to personal issues and piled on more weight. I'm now the heaviest i've ever been.

    Im not on any specific diet plan, as I don't feel they work for me. However I have chosen to go with the, 'eat healthy/low fat foods - & excersize' plan! I signed up to my local Gym on monday, and will go for times a week + swimming (today will be my last for the week.. skipped Tuesday)

    I'm enjoying the gym, so sticking at it and eating healthy is what i need to get committed too!

    Anyway I hope I havent bored you to death lol, I'd love any support/tips I can get!

    Yea, im browsing the forums now. Everyone seems really supportive!

    Good luck on your weightloss journey also, how is that going for you?

    Yea getting back on the band waggon is ALWAYS the hardest part!! Just have to stay positive and upbeat... sooo sending all the positivity your way lol
